Support for Qik Account and Sign upPlease don't reorder these - some people refer to them by their number
Answers: I have signed up for an account but did not receive the Activation Email.You can go to "edit profile" when you logged in and click " resend activitation email" (as shown in picture below). You can also go to http://d.qik.com to download client.
I have not received any SMS to download Qik. Where can I download Qik?You can go to http://d.qik.com from your cell phone browser to download Qik. Users of iphone will have to go to Cydia to download Qik.
My phone is not listed as one of the supported phones. When will it be released?We are always working to support more phones for our software.You can sign up for an account with us by clicking on "join" at the top right hand corner of the homepage. Indicate your phone during sign up proces and we will send you an email when it is being supported. We cannot say a date of release for any of our unsupported phones. Probably, it will be supported one day. We will update our users on the phones that we support on the url:

I lost my password, how can I reset it?You can go to http://qik.com/forgot. You can enter your username or phone number and we will send you a new password through email or SMS. Alternatively, you can click on "forgot username or password?" at the sign in page. (as shown in picture below)
I have just lost my password and I could not receive any SMS or email from Qik.You can send an email to support@qik.com and we will reset the password for you. Do remember to include your username and cell phone number or email.
I would like to change my username/email, how can I do so?You can log into your profile ->"Edit Profile" -> "Personal Information" ->change username & email (as shown in picture below). Emails will only be changed after you have verified the new email address.
How can I change my password?
You can log into your account and go to "edit profile" to change your password (as shown in picture below).
